01What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. The enquiry form asks for:

• your company name and GST registration number
• a contact name
• an email address, a phone number, or both
• the fleet size, vehicle tier, lease tenure and city you are interested in
• anything you write in the notes field

02Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard technical data for every request — IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and a timestamp. This is used to serve the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults.

This site sets no cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. We run no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers, so there is no cookie banner to click through.

03Why we use it

We use the information you send us to:

• confirm that your business is eligible for a B2B lease
• prepare a quote and respond to your enquiry
• contact you about that enquiry and any lease that follows
• keep records we are required to keep, and to establish or defend legal claims

04What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it to build marketing profiles. We will not send you unrelated marketing without asking you first.

05Who else handles it

We keep the list of processors short and use each only for what it says:

• Vercel — hosting and delivery of this website, including request logs.
• Resend — delivering enquiry notifications to our inbox.
• Our email provider — storing the enquiry once it reaches us.

06Where it is processed

Our hosting and email providers operate globally, so your information may be processed on servers outside India. We use established providers that contractually commit to protecting the data they handle on our behalf.

07How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond to them and to maintain a record of the business relationship, and for as long as tax, accounting or other law requires. When an enquiry does not lead anywhere and no legal obligation applies, we delete it.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner. We will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

08Security

The site is served over HTTPS, enquiries are transmitted encrypted, and access to the inbox that receives them is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim it is — but we keep the number of places your information sits deliberately small.

09Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we have used it
• correct anything inaccurate, or complete anything incomplete
• erase data we no longer need for the purpose you gave it for
• withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to

10Raising a concern

Email us and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the Data Protection Board of India.

11Not for individuals

This is a business-to-business service. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date above. Where a change materially affects how we handle information you have already sent us, we will tell you directly.
