Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you submit through it. They cover the website only. The commercial terms of any vehicle lease are set out in a separate written lease agreement, and that agreement prevails over anything published here.

IVS Mobility is a new venture under IVS Group. Incorporation and GST registration are in progress, and this site does not yet publish a GST registration number. Until those particulars are issued, nothing on this site should be read as a tax invoice or as confirmation of a registered entity's details.

Accepting these terms

By browsing this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you represent. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

We may revise these terms as the business develops. The revised version applies from the date it is published here, and the "last updated" date above will change to reflect it.

Who this site is for

IVS Mobility leases vehicles to registered businesses only. This site is not intended for individuals, and we do not offer personal or consumer leases.

By submitting an enquiry you confirm that you are authorised to act for the business you name, and that the business details you provide — including its GST registration number — belong to that business and are accurate.

Information on this site is not an offer

Everything published here is for general information. It is an invitation to enquire, not an offer capable of acceptance, and it creates no obligation on either of us until a lease agreement is signed.

In particular:

  • Quotes are prepared for a specific business and are indicative until confirmed in writing. They may change with vehicle availability, dealer allocation, taxes, duties and lease structure.
  • We publish no price list, and any figure discussed informally is not a quoted price.
  • Delivery timelines described on this site — including the ten-day figure — are targets measured from a signed lease agreement and a confirmed vehicle allocation. The binding commitment on timing is whatever your lease agreement states.
  • Vehicle models, tiers and specifications shown are illustrative. Actual availability depends on the manufacturer and dealer at the time of order.

Enquiries you submit

We use the details in your enquiry to assess eligibility, prepare a quote and contact you about it. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send confidential material, personal data about third parties, or anything you would not want sitting in an email inbox through the enquiry form. If you need to share sensitive documents, contact us first and we will arrange a suitable channel.

Intellectual property

The design, text, images, layout and code of this site belong to IVS Mobility or IVS Group, or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for the purpose of evaluating our services. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use them commercially without our written permission.

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names and logos referred to on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them descriptively, to identify the vehicles available for lease. Their use does not imply that any manufacturer endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with IVS Mobility.

Acceptable use

When using this site, please do not:

  • submit false, misleading or fraudulent business details
  • use automated tools to scrape, harvest or bulk-submit through the site
  • attempt to probe, scan or interfere with the site, its hosting or its security
  • use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law, or that disrupts it for others

Availability and third-party services

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current at every moment. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

The site relies on third-party providers for hosting and email delivery, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party site.

Liability

This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties about its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
